As a card-carrying Diehard Cubs Fan of 49 years, I found the original good reading and informative. I gave a copy to my son to read. It helped make him into a Cubs fan, but better than that, it made a reader out of him. I'm planning to give the new edition to my grandsons to make them into Cubs fans and hopefully to encourage them to be readers as well. This book is suitable for children with a third-grade reading level all the way up to adults who like to relive their childhoods as Cubs fans.
